Does security film make glass unbreakable?
No. Film can help hold fragments together, but it does not make the glazing unbreakable. Performance depends on the complete system and installation.

Options include 4, 8 and 14 mil security film. Thickness alone does not establish the performance of a complete installation. Glass compatibility, edge conditions and any specified attachment system must be reviewed together. Where required, perimeter attachment is a separate measured item, not an assumed inclusion in a square-foot film price.
What happens before and during installation?
We confirm the glass area, access and specification before work begins. The glazing is prepared and the film fitted to the agreed scope. Any required attachment and curing instructions are confirmed for the chosen system. Ask about the applicable manufacturer warranty and when to clean the glass after installation.
What affects the cost of security film?
Film specification, glass area, old-film removal, attachment quantities and installation access can change the total. Use the estimator to select security film and record your measurements. Its result is preliminary; our team confirms the final specification and scope.
